Hiya,
On my billing page it says that a payment was taken this month on 7th December except that it wasn't. I can't see anything in my bank account statement. I've recently had an email telling me that I can renew my contract also for £28.99. It won't let me though as I get the message that I can't do that yet.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm sorry to see we've not taken a payment from you and you're unable to renew your contract.
Unfortunately it looks like we've temporarily suspended the billing of your account and the reason for this I can't see however if you could leave this with me I'd like to discuss this with a colleague from our billing team next week.
I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Hiya @shazzbot As an update on this I forgot to add another reply to your ticket before I left the office, your bill won’t generate tomorrow as it’s not a day we generate bills on for anyone, but it should be available on the 1st.
I’ll follow things up on the 2nd either way as I’m out of the office now for the next 2 days.
Happy new year for tomorrow, there’s only 1 day left of this decade!
