I paid my bill on the 19th Oct, and it's not showing on my Bank Statement, did you take it?

The money was taken from my bank account yesterday 6th November
Date of transaction: Friday 19 October 2018
Why has it taken so long, Now I'm broke until the 21st November
Was the 6th Nov bill taken as well?

@MasterOfReality I've got the same problem - my bill says the Direct Debit should be taken on 2nd November, as of today (9th November) it hasn't been taken from my bank account.
For the last 14 years you've taken the direct debit on exactly the correct date, but something now seems to have gone wrong.

Exactly the same here @flanzm and @MasterOfReality. Always goes out around the 1st of the month and email says:
"We'll soon be taking a payment of £XX.XX for your service. This will leave your account on or after 2nd November 2018."
Just checked again and it still hasn't left my bank account.

Exactly the same here. Should have been taken from my bank on 2nd but nothing so far. Just one of the billing issues I have raised in a ticket.

My october bill was paid on the 20th oct 2 weeks passed and the debit card payment was still pending then got returned because plusnets billing system failed to claim the payment with the bank but finally got taken last weekend , This months bill was a day late coming through but will see if this months goes through like it's supposed too.

Thank you, but you are referring to the wrong bill!
The bill where no payment has been taken was that produced on 26 October (a somewhat late 7 October bill). The email that I received said it should be taken on 2 November and it has still to be taken from my bank account.
The 7 November bill showed my account to be in credit and so no monies are to be taken. Please see Question #182854192 regarding the problems with this bill. I am still waiting for a substantive response to that question.

I've just checked this morning, after the weekend, and my October statement payment due to be taken 2nd November has STILL not been collected from my bank account via Direct Debit.
What will happen if it's not been taken when the 14 days limit for payments is reached? I don't want to find a late payment charge has been added through no fault of mine!
OTOH, there's no indication on my Plusnet account that the payment hasn't gone through.
