The "change payment method" is grey out, but I need to enter a card number as the previous one has expired

We're sincerely sorry to hear of this issue.
We can see that the latest bill has only recently been generated.
Due to this you'd be unable to update the payment method as it's highly likely that we've already requested payment.
The best course of action I can suggest is to wait until you receive notification that you've missed payment and then drop us a message. We'll then arrange a call to get those details updated.
