I noticed that my outgoing payments to plusnet have increased by around 40% for the last 3 months
I checke donline and it shows i am out of contract despite NOT BEING INFORMED OR REMINDED
However i cant seem to find a way to sign up to a new contract. I have tried calling a number of times but instead of keeping me on hold they just put the phone down. There is no link only or in 'my account' to renew my contract.
This is not the first tme this has happned to me and i am considering looking elsewhere if there is no quick fix.
Has this happened to anyone else and do you ahve any advice?
