Payment failed - cannot make late payment on online payment system

My most recent direct debit payment (29/01/2019) failed, as I did not have enough funds in the relevant account at the time. I am trying to make the late payment today using the online payment system (https://www.plus.net/pay) but it is not working for me. I want to get the bill paid as soon as possible without my service being restricted.
Is there some other way I can pay this bill? When I called I was on hold for quite a long time, so it was not viable to remain on the line during my work day.
