Payment and restrictions

I have been having problems with payments and restrictions on my account since January. I am getting emails to say my account has been paid and then the next day receive further correspondence to say no payment received and restrictions will be put on the account.

When I log in to look at the account it says the balance is paid and isn't showing as owing money. I now again can't use my broadband as it has restrictions on it and don't even know whether payment is owed on the account or not.
