Thank you for replying.

I received both 2x £7.99 refunds on 5th June 2019 into my bank. The monthly bill came in on 4th June for £24.01 including £5 for the Static IP.

Today 11th June £15.98 was owed, I paid this around 2pm, so I could get back online. So what happens with the £15.98 I paid today to get back online un-restricted? With it been a error on the billing side?.

@hst125scorton1, no problem it looks like we've added your refund on as a credit as well in error, so what you've paid looks to be correct and in line with the pricing you've agreed with us. The system has basically fixed the error by generating a second invoice but poorly explained it unfortunately.

Thanks again now it makes scene and thanks for taking the time to look into this.

I still can't get onto my account as I get hit by this 'Sorry to interrupt your browsing' page, I was advised to reboot the router once I paid which has been done twice but with me having a Static IP this message won't clear. Anyway of sorting this one?

I'd recommend leaving it until tomorrow morning for the payment to fully clear on your account, we'd normally advise to allow 24 hours. I don't want to try to manually intervene in case it brings an unexpected side effect.
