Payment Holiday?

Hello,

My payment is due soon but I will be forced to cancel the direct debit as I'm facing financial difficulties.

Is it possible for a payment holiday until the 20th of July, as that's when I'll next be paid?

Hello,

I'm unable to access http://failed.billing.plus.net/apps/payment/failed so that I can acknowledge the option to continue to browse as normal.

I'm also unable to access the plus.net website

Can someone help?
