Paying upfront

For the past two years I have made an upfront annual payment. by debit card  I woudl like to do the same again this year.  Can one of the mods please arrange this as the call centre will not allow it.  Many thanks.

Re: Paying upfront

You don't mean one of the mods - they are just ordinary Plusnet users - you need one of the Plusnet Digital Care Team.

Re: Paying upfront

Thanks paid now, but they are still debiting my account this month.  Can you please advise them not to debit it again.

Re: Paying upfront

have you been debited or just received an advanced notification of billing?
If its the latter I have warned that this would still happen but the payment won't be taken.

Re: Paying upfront

Due to leave my account tomorrow, but not to fussed as the amount is very small.  Hopefully no more debits from the account though.  Thanks.

Re: Paying upfront

I can't honestly see why that invoice is pending. I'll dig deeper and even though the amount is small I will make sure it gets refunded ASAP.

Re: Paying upfront

Don't worry about a refund as it is less than £4.  Saves you a hassle just as long as the acount is not debited next month.  :).
