Paying upfront

I don't have any bills pending.  However, I was thinking of paying for for the line rental saver.  Is it possible to make a one off payment on my account as I would like to cover my broadband and possibly additional extra line rental.

If so can I do it online?

Hi there @Koloth

 

That link will only work if you have any outstanding monthly invoices.

You won't be able to pay your broadband in advance of your bill date, but you can pay 12 months line rental upfront online by going to https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/line-rental-saver/ and once paid it will begin on the next billing date.

ok I paid for the line rental saver.  I will simply have 99p Direct Debit of my account each month for broadband for the next 12 months unless prices go up ofcourse.

 

I appreciate I cannot pay for the broadband upfront like the line rental.  Is it possible for me to make a payment to put my account in credit? If so how?

Hi Koloth, that's not something we offer.

 

With the exception of line rental saver any subscription fees are cleared automatically on the set monthly billing date.
