Paying up front

Hi I recently left Plusnet to move into another home. So terminated the contract. I had paid 12 months up front and had over £50 in credit.
They told me I could not get a refund on this....They then sent me an early termination fee of £38. Why couldn't they take it out of the credit I already had???
Now I have to pay this bill. Always thought they were a good company...but now feeling ripped off

Re: Paying up front

You have a contract (either 12 months or 18 months) with Plusnet. You've broken the contract so they're asking for the difference between what you've already paid and what you would have been charged if you'd stayed with them.

Re: Paying up front

Hi there.

Can you advise where you've seen you've been in credit for £50?

Feel free to PM me a screenshot if you prefer.

Re: Paying up front

Hi looked at my bills when I signed in just after I terminated the contract. Gave me a summary of what was paid and what was left in pot

Thanks for getting back to us.

By any chance were you looking at the phone credit limit?

Also can you sign in again and PM me a screenshot?
