My original bill should be 15/11/2010, but it still says the 20th my leaving day,
Which i was told was taking care of, now that i will be staying with plusnet.
I just would like to know, why my bill still has not been amended... ?
Or is it on the 20th i quietly get disconnected, loose my account and blow away with the wind.

Hi paulalex,
The account notes state that the invoice was removed on the 11th, and I can't see any ceases on BTs systems so you won't be disconnected on the 20th. I've also confirmed that there's no orders to move the phone line either, so you should find that on the 20th a new phone contract is generated. The billing will most liklely be misaligned for the next month but after that things will return to normal.
