Paying for fibre unlimited but only getting standard broadband

I have been paying for Unlimited Fibre on my account for over a year now.  I had an engineer come out late last year who pointed out that I didn't have fibre, just standard broadband.  I called the helpline and was assured this would be fixed and that I would also get a refund for the time I have been paying for fibre but not had it provided.  This hasn't happened yet.   I would like to know how I get it sorted?
