Paying final bill from abroad
I received my final bill three weeks ago but I cannot pay it as my account is closed and the line given cannot be contacted from another country. I tried to ask the support chat for help but they redirected me to the line number and I also asked someone on another support number (not the one given for the bill) of Plusnet, but he couldn’t help me on this and told me someone was supposed to contact me by mail. It’s now been a week and I received no mail. What should I do
