Pay bill

Hi
Bill due to be taken via direct debit today, not taken!
Tried calling was just told go on plus.net and there isn’t a way to pay my bill.
I haven’t had a message to say unable to collect payment and I don’t want it to come tomorrow and I have been charged
£26.49
Which is my
normal monthly charge £18.99
Failed payment fee £7.50

Is there anyway to pay? My direct debit is set up fine

From what I can see the payment is still processing fine.

If it does fail you'll have 14 days to pay before any extra charges are added

No payment has left my bank and last payment before this month I was charged even before the 14days.
