I have been trying to contact Customer Service for two weeks now, both via on-line chat and on the phone to no avail.
I was furloughed from my employer for 12 weeks from 20th April and am unable to make payments during that time.
Can PlusNet waive my charges for this period?

Hi , for future reference " on-line chat " has been closed down for several months now ,, But PN have not updated the Page still 🤔
and today 11/05/20 still showing
