My contact ended with Plusnet so I cancelled and switched providers. I paid Plusnet for a full months line rental and broadband, but my new contract started halfway through the month. Am I due a refund for that time?

Thanks for getting in touch.
Final bill is generated 20 days after account closure. If you will log in to your member centre you will notice that final bill was generated 2 days ago and refund was generated yesterday.
It was sent to account set up in Direct Debit so you should receive it within around 5 working days.
