Parents Moving House (Madasafish Account)
Hi there - I hope someone can help.
My parents are currently Madasafish customers and are just about to exchange contracts on selling their house.
They've not bought a new place yet so will be initially moving in with my sister - probably for 3-6 months.
My sister already has an internet connection so they can't transfer their account to her.
Basically they're after an account where they can access their email and retain their domain name that they got through Madasafish (as they use it as their main email address.)
Is there any way they can do this?

Yes, we do have something on those lines.
We can change their account to Justmail, the cost of which is £20.28 per year and it supports e-mail and domain hosting.
They'll just need to raise a support ticket to ask for the change and we should schedule it for the next billing date.
