We got a message saying dd wasn’t taken. We paid on line. It went though and told us all service restrictions had been removed. However, they hadn’t. When I logged back in, it still has an outstanding payment message, but only clicks through to an error screen. Cannot get through on the phone (taking too long) and you haven’t got the option to chat online. There is no email address either. I have already posted on this forum and would like the issue resolved. This is appalling customer service!
