Following my complaint on the forum re incorrect billing since new contract in March 22, the issues raised in question 221923720 + 221923893 were eventually addressed and I received a correct bill in June 22 reimbursing me for errors and adjusting discounts.
HOWEVER in July, August, September and October I received a discount on my Line Rental/BB/anytime calls package resulting in me paying NOTHING.
as per my contract my complete package is £23.13 a month but this is being discounted in error.
PLEASE can someone look into this again. I don’t know how much more I can take of computer errors.
