Paid LRS but being charged monthy rental fee.

Hi 

I paid my LRS over the phone on 12/11/2019 but even though it is shown correctly on my November bill the November and December bills are showing rental charges of £18.99 per month.

Could someone from Plusnet check this for me please.

Hi @SteveR I'm sorry to see you've been charged line rental the past two months following renewing line rental saver. I'm taking steps to resolve this and I've added a reply to a support ticket on your account Here with more information.

I'll monitor this for you and to try to make sure the steps I've taken are applied.
