Hi we upgraded to Extra Fibre and the usage / package hasn't updated in the Member Centre.
Also the download speed is stuck at like 6.5Mb down although our upload has gone up to 9Mb.
Anyone able to give the download speed a nudge and sort the product out in the member centre?

I have had this picked up for you. The Member Centre should reflect the change to Plusnet Extra Fibre. The speed increase should also come into affect within the next 15-60 minutes.
You may need to perform a disconnect/reconnect if you've not had an improvement after this time.
