Overcharging on bills for Fibre Extra and landline since new contract started in Feb 2020

Hi, I've just received notification of my next bill amount and it is massively over charged. I had already called and spoken to customer service weeks ago and they promised me it would be sorted.
Now due to the health emergency there is no one to speak to. Very frustrating!
I'd really appreciate someone also contacts me as soon as possible
