Overcharging and ripping me off, yet wont call me back even when I say i want to leave and cancel

Why is it that as a long standing customer of plusnet I am told 8 times that they wont call me back to discuss me being overcharged and wanting to leave.

I am disgusted, what an appalling customer services.

£52 charges in one month, £42 for phone related charges disgusting!!!
