Never had so much issue with Plusnet - been a customer for 17 years - unlikely to make 18 at this rate!
Rang support to agree new contract a while ago. Took multiple phone calls to go through in the first place, then first bill was overcharged almost £7. Rang again, assured it would be fixed and refunded, just got new bill with £15 overcharge rather than refund. Have made complaint ticket, but any other pointers to sorting / getting money back? I'm not spending any more time on support calls, particularly if they all lead to more expense!
