Overcharges yet again
‘Can anyone help.
for the 2nd month I’ve been overcharged.
last month I got a refund for the excess and the same has happened this month.
no phone calls available, no online chat.
what do I do ?

Sorry to see the problem. It looks like the discounts haven't been applied because the contract is pending. That's not something I can fix. I can manually refund each month though whilst the problems persists. I've logged a ticket on the account.
