Overcharges on bills

Hi,
I yesterday posted about not receiving my cashback that was due, I also then looked at my bills.  I am being charged £1.50 per month for not paying by DD when I do pay direct from the bank.  Could you please look into this and refund the overcharged amounts and cancel any charges on future bills?

Hi there,
I've just taken a look and you've never actually paid us by direct debit. I can see you set one up with us on the 7th. Prior to this I can see two other mandates but the details look slightly different (which I'm guessing was in error) so payments defaulted onto the card listed on the account.
