I renewed/ upgraded my broadband on 20/02/2019 - the price agreed was 28,00 a month for 18 month contract.
So far Plusnet have managed - to forget an update the speed for at least 2 months.
Charge me 35 pounds each and single month for the last year and a half.
Via chat to admit they have made a mistake , yet its not their department and so many more excuses with a promise it will be fixed ..That happened 2 or 3 times .
I managed to get a refund for 2 months in the beginning , but that was hard.
What I am suppose to do to avoid to be overcharged and bad customer service?
