Am currently being overcharged. No way of communicating with Plusnet and Coronavirus update is 3 weeks old. Why remove online chat, this could be done by support staff working from home. Baffling!! Need to renew contract but scared it will go wrong and there is no assistance/support.
Like you i was on the phone everyday but kept getting moved around there system - so in the end I took to the Plusnet Community Forum and posted my problem - then someone from Plusnet reported back via the forum.So i proves they do monitor their forums - Then when you get a reply you have there contact details so you can exchange updates etc.
