Overcharged

Renewed my broadband and line rental in February and received a confirmation email of the new agreement, received a new bill and it was £10 too much , contacted Plusnet on phone which i was able to do then and they agreed the bill was over charged but i have now had the wrong amount taken from bank and not able to talk to anyone, very frustrating
