Overcharged

I've just looked at the amount we're paying as thinking of changing providers due to line speed.
we had to take phone as part of package and I remember javascript:void(0);to get the discount, I was told we had to take a call package for the first month.
But it would then be cancelled and remember talking at length about this. We've never had a phone plugged in to the socket don't even own one.
Ok my fault for not checking monthly bill but thats the problem with dds is that for £5 its not something you notice.Especially as we'd taken this on in quite a rush due to house move.
All I wanted was to email someone the details but can't see any way of doing that and with a new baby in house, its a case of dealing with things when i get time to spare.
very disappointed as it looks if i remove it online , i'm committing to a further 12 months with plus net
