Overcharged

Hi can someone check why I have been over charged the last 2 months. I should be paying £17 but for some reason I am. Ow being charged £21 one month and nearly £26 this month.

I have no idea what you mean by ticket as the number you have typed is not hyperlinked to anything.

Hi, Tickets are another name for questions. They are viewable from your account in the member centre
Go to here http://www.plus.net/my.html?action=questions , you will need to login with your username & password, then select 'view my closed questions' and you should see the question no Joshua referred to listed.
