Overcharged since joining

Hello,
Since joining four months ago, no discount has been applied to my bills so I've been paying double. The team did open a question a couple of months ago but nothing has changed. Question 193048867. Can this please be rectified and refunded. I'm keeping up my side of the contract by paying so it would be nice if plusnet could do the same. Thanks

I've sorted out the credit for you and placed the ticket on hold in my teams work pool until after your next invoice date to see if the discounts have stuck this time.
