Overcharged since contract renewal.

I just looked back at my old bills/bank statements and I have been overcharged on fibre since my new contract started on the 9th March 2019.

Please can someone rectify this for me and refund me what is owed.....and a goodwill gesture wouldn't go amiss either, as Plusnet are effectively helping themselves to my money without permission.

So come on Plusnet  "Do Me Proud".

If that is not an immediate refund then contact OPmbudsman Services and BACS who run the DD scheme. Pnet are clearly, for me, abusing you and the system so complain outsiude Pnet.
