Overcharged since May after renewing contract

I renewed my contract in May and have been overcharged ever since. I've tried contacting Plusnet without success. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Much the same story here, my bills haven't been correct for a few months now.
Every month when the bill arrives I raise a ticket to ask for a refund and for my next bill to be charged at my contracted amount.
After about two weeks I receive an email with an apology, a credit against the next bill and an assurance that my discounts have now been correctly applied.
When the next bill arrives I do it all over again, a bit tedious perhaps but it saves holding on the phone for twenty minutes, it only takes a minute to copy and paste the same text in to a ticket once a month.
