Overcharged since January

Good morning,

I signed up to a new fibre deal in January 2019 and have noticed (belatedly admittedly) that I have been being charged £39.99 instead of the agreed £29.99. Any admin available who could look at this please?

The same happened to my father and seems to be a bit of a trend
