Overcharged on new contract

I called PN on September 8 to change my contract which was to expire on 15th September,and agreed a new one,at £27.99 per month.As may be seen on a previous post,I have been charged £38.48,in contravention,as far as I can see.A PN rep informs me that he can find no discrepancy as far as PN are concerned,and closed the previous ticket,which was relating to my earlier contract.I will be paying the £38.48 from my bank shortly,and back on the ever decreasing circle of requesting a refund each month.This situation has to be resolved,time and patience are in short supply.
