Overcharged on Unlimited Fibre again

Hi

I have been overcharged again on my February and March bills.

My contract for Unlimited Fibre and Call Plan should be £15.99 per month.  But I have been charged £15.99 for Unlimited Fibre and then the Call Plan at £8.00 per month.

This has been going since about September last year.  I was told there is a billing problem but I am in the minority where it has not be resolved.

Tried ringing but their shut understandably.

Is it there anyone out there who can help?

I have just been overcharged on my bill ; the discounts that should be applied haven’t been , this is totally unacceptable and the fact I cannot speak to an advisor adds to the frustration of feeling like I have been ripped off by Plusnet. What’s the point of signing up to a fixed price plan when Plusnet can’t even get that right. Absolutely disgraceful
