Overcharged for the 3rd Month in a row

I dont know what to do.

 

My contract was renewed around February and the agreed payment would be £29 a month.

 

Im being charged £39??? Last two months ive been able to get a £10 refund each time but this month nope, live chat guy named Thomas refused to give me a £10 credit... Im sorry but I cant afford an extra £10 gone! My contract says £29.. Taking more than that is theft!

 

What is going to be done about this?!!?

We're sorry to hear that you're affected by this system issue.

 

On reading the account notes and the ticket sent out to you here, I can see that we have advised that there is an ongoing issue (IMT-2487) with your discounts and that these are all going to be applied to the remainder of the contract, and any over payments refunded, when the underlying system issue has been resolved.
