Overcharged for the 2nd month in a row.

Hello everyone.

On August 16th 2017, I agreed to a new 24 month contract. The package is for £25 a month, fibre broadband & line rental inclusive. (written proof of this available)

On Steptember 21st, I received an advance notice of direct debit payment for £28.98. I immediately contacted plusnet and was promised the issue was resolved. (written proof of this available)

This morning (October 21st), I received an advance notice of direct debit payment for £30.00.

This is becoming ridiculous. I now have to waste my time again just to try to get them to charge me the correct amount each month.

Has anyone been through something similar? Any ideas? Suggestions?

Hi there.

Apologies that you're being billed incorrectly. I can see you may have since contacted our support team and we've arranged to provide you with a refund as well as fix the discounts on your account so this shouldn't happen again.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
