Afternoon, I’ve been charged a fee for missing an appointment but if you could look at my past queries you will see that this has been in error. I was of the understanding this had been taken care of and the charge removed by Chris, who had been amazing sorting everything out.
If you could review my history and issue a refund I would be grateful. I would attach evidence here but not sure how, apologies!
I understand of course this is a stressful time and emergencies come first etc, but as I have been furloughed during the pandemic I am needing the refund to be taken care of sooner rather than later.
