Overcharged following purchase of line rental saver

I am surprised to see that I had been charged £6.99 for postage and packaging of the free router I received over 2 months ago on my first invoice after I paid for the annual line rental saver.

The £6.99 one off delivery charge for the router has nothing to do with line rental saver or monthly charges.
