Overcharged every month

Hi there. Just hoping someone at customer services can confirm and update.

Recently joined plusnet on a new user price of £27.99 a month for the first year however every bill so far has been charged at £40 per month with no calls.

Can someone verify? I still have the original email confirming the initial subscription price.

Their billing system is up the shoot. Many of us have not been billed for 9 months, others have been overcharged. Don't stand any nonsense if they don't refund the money immediately set up a formal complaint and when they are deadlocked go to Ombudsman services. You can also ask your bank to return the money, but Pnertwill penalise you. It's OK for them to overcharge, not OK for yoiu to get it basck.
