Overcharged every month

I am not happy, i recontracted in January and ever since i have been paying extra every month. I was offered my fibre extra, unlimited calls and line rental for £31 per month but i only get £4 discount on my unlimited calls. I am paying £20.99 for fibre extra but it should be £8.01. You have been taking an extra £12.98 every month since i recontracted. I want my bills sorted out.

If you are not immediately refunded contact the Ombudsman Services and also contact BACS who ensure that the DD system is not being abused. IMO you and the system are being abused.
