Overcharged by a LOT

So I have recently switched packages to an agreed payment of £26.98, there a few issues with getting the payments in on time but they were all paid. I have just checked my account and have been charged £71!! I have had no communicatiin beforehand to tell me I was going to be charged so much and I'm not sure if it is a mistake as I don't understand the bill. I haven't made any calls or done anythung differently and feel that I have been massively overcharged.
