Overcharged at renewal yet again

I have been with Plusnet several years and thus have renewed several times. Every time I renewed you overcharged me, every time and guess what this year the same has happened. I renewed to Full Fibre 74 in March this year when I moved house and agreed a price of £25.99 per month. In May I was charged £32.17, but I did receive an email warning me that I had been overcharged and that it would be refunded in the June bill. Guess what it did go down, but to £32.03. I am now beginning to wonder if this overcharging is deliberate, how many people actually check what they are actually paying? Can you sort it out please.

Re: Overcharged at renewal yet again

There have been some cases where March renewals  get the March increase applied inappropriately.  Not sure at what point in March renewals become exempt from the end of March increase.  @Gandalf  is the guru on such matters.

Hey,

Sorry to see what has happened.

I actually sorted this yesterday and sent you a refund, apologies I didn't post here at the time.

If there's any further issues, please let us know.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
