Overcharged after renewing to Fibre

Hi there, it looks like I have been overcharged for changing to Fibre. I was charged as below:

So that's £72.36 for one month!! I am very much hoping that this is a mistake as I would not have stayed with Plusnet if this was the case. Can someone please help?

your post shows two bills , one for 20th Feb to 19th Mar and one for 20th Mar to 19th Apr!

Looks like the 20th Mar to 19th Apr might be missing any discounts, which TBH is all too common on account changes.

Thanks MisterW, yes looks like I was being thick! I have still paid double for a month - let's hope the discount will come off. I will persue it. Many thanks for the response
