Overcharged after new contract

Hi I got a new contract few months ago and was told it would be £35.99 in total each month but I'm being charged £42.98 a month I did webchat a couple of months ago and they said it would be sorted but all that happen is that my 18 month contract renewed but and I.m still being charged £42.98 each month.
