I have been overcharged EVERY month since my renewal last year. I pay my line rental up front but the PNet billing system seems to not recognise this (or so that's what customer services tell me...).
I am fed up of having to call them every month to ask for a refund (to be honest, they do process this fairly quickly, but I shouldn't have to call them every time...).
Obviously, with Covid-19 playing havoc with a lot of businesses, I cannot get through on the phone, the online chat appears to be offline all the time and I can't find an email address to contact them either!
Anyone else having the same issues every month? Think I'll definitely be looking to move my custom elsewhere this year - but all providers seem to be in the same boat with service levels...any recommendations welcome!
