Overcharged After Renewal

Hi,

 

My new bill came in today, and I have been overcharged again for my service.

Like several others i've seen on the forum, I have been overcharged over the last couple of months following renewal with a new deal. I have contacted Support about this after each incorrect billing (@PN Team - please see the support questions assigned to my account) and the problem is still persisting. Please can this issue be addressed, and can refunds be issued for the months that I have been overcharged?

I've actioned the necessary refunds which you should receive e-mail confirmation of in the next 2 hours and I've also readded the discounts which should resolve this going forward.
